As a real estate professional, I am always aware of the fact that the most important aspect of any transaction is the client. Everything I do is an outgrowth of a commitment to always put the client's interests first. Buying or selling a home is a monumental event for most people and it should be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. My approach to the real estate business is not "selling" in the traditional sense. My goal is to educate my client to ensure they feel absolutely comfortable with the decisions being made and then to carefully guide them through the process of buying or selling. I have been working as a real estate professional in San Francisco since 2007 at two of the top brokerages in San Francisco. I gained a reputation of being a very knowledgable and didactic agent and was given the responsibility of training new agents. I have helped clients navigate myriad types of transactions including single family home, condominiums, TICs, tenant-occupied multi-unit buildings, short sales, and foreclosures. There are many crucial differences in various types of transactions and it is critical that I make clear to the client the challenges that each presents so that appropriate strategies can be devised to ensure there are no surprises and that the client's best interests are served. I share my keen knowledge of the market with my clients to help them negotiate the highest price if they are selling and the best deal when buying. My approach is a mixture of the creative and the analytical. My educational studies include electrical engineering and music where I studied saxophone. For many years I taught at various public and private high schools. My teaching experience included instrumental music, chemistry, biology, and environmental science. This background gives me the ability to think creatively, interact favorably with a diverse range of personalities, problem solve effectively, and understand the data that encompass real estate.
