Prior to joining Core 7 , Rick had been a consistent producer at Vanguard and Climb Real Estate in San Francisco working with first time home buyers, investors, and seasoned sellers. Before entering real estate, Rick had considerable training and work experience in the hospitality industry. As the Mina Group's Accounting Manager, he managed the operating numbers for each of their outlets, ensuring that each restaurant is working toward its best potential. The common thread in Rick's multifaceted career is his exceptional ability to problem-solve. He has extensive experience in generating creative solutions - whether technical, procedural or financial - for various types of projects. Rick views this skill as key to succeeding in real estate and he dedicates himself passionately to the investigative work involved in finding just the right home for his clients. Rick received his undergraduate degree in International Business from Shanghai University. He quickly earned a second degree in Hospitality Management in Switzerland, which led to his first serving position at Hotel Regina in Wengen, one of Switzerland’s bustling ski resort towns. He continued his education at Institut Hotelier Cesar Ritz and earned his Swiss Diploma in Food Service Operation and Management. He attended management training at the Marriott Hotel Water Front in Baltimore, MD. Another move in 2002, brought Rick to San Francisco where he earned his Master’s Degree in Accountancy. With a note-worthy list of degrees and educational experience, Rick still finds time to give everyone a laugh with his free spirited personality.
