Andrew Has Been Our Most Valuable Asset
My fiance and I started searching for our first home in June 2011. We were searching for homes in San Francisco through Zillow and Redfin without realizing these sites were not updated at all. We didn't know what it meant when a home was classified as Active Contingent so we sent an email to 5 -6 various realtors. Andrew was the only one to take the time and not only explain this term and the numerous others, but he introduced us to the SFMLS site which is much more up to date.
We began working exclusively with Andrew and he has been our most valuable asset in the search for our new home. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and always knows where the latest properties will be coming onto the market.
We had to find a home by the end of September and thanks to Andrew we were able to find a home by the beginning of August. He has an extremely busy schedule yet he would always answer any of our questions in less than 24 hours. He is by far our most valuable asset when it comes to the real estate search and we will definitely be working with him when we search for our next property.
